Vanda qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1998 and is a Partner in the Leasehold Reform & Litigation department. She is also an Accredited RICS Valuer.
Vanda has a broad range of experience in property built up over many years spanning both the commercial and residential sectors. Before being recruited to the Leasehold Reform team in 2004, she dealt with hotel and leisure related sales, acquisitions, and professional work, providing valuations for various purposes, including finance.
Since 2004, Vanda has advised landlords and tenants in both statutory and voluntary enfranchisement claims; for flats, houses and blocks of flats in collective enfranchisements.
She has appeared at the Tribunal on numerous occasions as an Expert Witness and was a finalist in the Valuer of the Year category in 2015 and finalist in the Expert Witness category in the 2016 Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards.
