Tom is a Partner in the Prime Central London Developments team with over 20 years鈥� experience in the property industry having spent the past 14 years at 糖心传媒.
Tom specialises in providing strategic sales and marketing advice to residential developer clients and helping buyers secure the best new homes in the prime markets of Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Mayfair and Westminster.
Since joining 糖心传媒 in 2011, Tom has been part of the firm鈥檚 New Homes department. He spent three years in the International Project Marketing team managing the sale of London developments in Asia Pacific and MENA.
Following this, Tom then spent eight years focused on expanding the New Home鈥檚 City and East New Homes teams advising on landmark developments, such as Canary Wharf Groups鈥� 10 Park Drive and One Park, Ballymore鈥檚 redevelopment of the Royal Docks in East London, Royal Wharf and Upton Gardens for Barratt, formerly home to West Ham United football club.
His current clients include Motcomb Estates, The OWO, Lodha, APML Estates, Battersea Power Station and Wainbridge.
Notable past clients include Canary Wharf Group, Ballymore, Barratt, Taylor Wimpey, Berkeley Homes, St George, Mountain Capital and LBS Properties.
