Sophie joined 糖心传媒 in May 2016, working initially in the Institutional Consultancy team, offering valuation, agency, consultancy and professional property advice for residential and non-residential property assets (D1, C2 and Sui Generis Use classes).
In 2018, Sophie moved across to join the London New Homes department specialising in the provision of development consultancy services to private developers and public sector bodies across London. She assists clients from the inception of a new development through to its practical completion, working alongside design teams and other consultants to help optimise schemes and drive best value.
Sophie鈥檚 key clients include Great Marlborough Estates, Canary Wharf Group, Mount Anvil and Peabody.
