Simon joined ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ in June 2004 and has over 20 years' experience in valuations. Simon specialises in valuation work in the Central London market. His role includes valuations for key funds for company accounts and bank lending purposes as well as undertaking loan security valuations for all the major banks lending within the Central London markets. Simon has considerable experience in all forms of Central London valuations, including ground rents and developments. Simon also oversees a number of UK-wide fund mandates.
