Moray qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in November 2008 and is a RICS Registered Valuer.
Over the past 17+ years, he has been undertaking Red Book valuations of commercial properties (lot sizes c.£1m to c.£850m (GDV) and both single assets and portfolio鈥檚) principally on a one-off basis for secured lending and acquisition purposes for a range of clients including UK and Overseas Lenders together with Debt Funds, Institutions, Prop Co's and Private Investors.
His recent experience has focused on the Office, Industrial and Life Science sectors and he鈥檚 been involved in offices and business parks across London, the South East and further afield together with large scale logistics / distribution units and multi-let industrial estates. He also has some more historic experience with retail warehouse parks, high street retail and shopping centres.
