Julian is a Partner in the Consultancy team within the Commercial Division. He is a member of the Commercial Board and has responsibility for a number of key Strategic Asset and Property management mandates and client relationships. He has over 30 years’ experience in the European, UK and London real estate markets and has worked as both an adviser and as a client. His teams currently have over £4.5bn of assets management mandates including portfolios for The Pollen Estate, the Mercers’ Livery Company, Greenwich Town Centre, Trinity House in Borough, Aerium and Holborn Estate for Tristian Capital. For these mandates Julian’s team provide a mixture of strategy, asset management, development management, leasing and professional advice as well as general property management services. Pollen is one of the top performing funds/portfolio in the UK (measured by MSCI/IPD) 10 years. He is a previous Board member of the Westminster Property Association and a non-exec advisor to Bywater Property and Fulcrum Asset Management. He is also an Investment Property Forum mentor .
