John has significant experience in a wide range of areas such as Estate Management Land, Property & Farm Sales/Auctions, Acquisitions, Valuation & Finance, Residential Sales/Lettings, Planning & Development, Basic Payment Scheme & Environmental Stewardship, Compulsory Purchase & Compensation, Renewable Energy, Disbursement sales and Commercial Sales/Lettings.
John was brought up on a country estate in West Cornwall where he is now a partner in the business and actively involved in the management of the wide variety of enterprises.
John has previous experience working with utility companies and was involved in the Hinkley Point C National infrastructure project.
