Qualified to IRRV (TECH) level, Jeff has an exceptional knowledge of the Business Rates process and legislation, including Principals of Valuation, although his key strengths are in the Billing, Recovery and Collection of Business Rates. This includes all Exemption鈥檚, Discounts and Reliefs, and issues surrounding Liability and Collection. Jeff has experience of presenting at Magistrates Court both on behalf of the private and public sector.
