Claire is a Partner in the Rural team and specialises in the strategic management and acquisition of privately owned landed farms and estates across the North of England. With over 20 years’ experience in advising clients on their rural estates she helps clients on their woodland investment, carbon opportunities, and long term strategy as well as more traditional Estate Management matters including Landlord and Tenant issues. Claire also helps clients in the acquisition and sale of rural farms and estates across the UK.
