He has extensive experience in operational long income sectors which include hotel, healthcare, automotive, student accommodation and data centre properties throughout the UK.
Charlie currently focuses on investment transactions, development funding, operator selection and development advisory across all of these specialist sectors. His client base includes a number of UK Pension Funds, Property Companies, Developers and Private Investors.
