Caroline Bathgate is a Partner in the European Valuation & Advisory team, based in London. She is responsible for the co-ordination of pan-European valuation instructions on behalf of major international fund and banking clients, working closely with valuation colleagues across the ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ global network. Caroline deals with all major property asset classes including offices, retail and logistics. She also sits on the RICS Red Book Editorial Committee.
