He specialises in advising primarily occupier clients on rent reviews, lease renewals, lease regears/restructuring and surrender negotiations. Ben takes a holistic approach to lease events and his excellent technical skills and commercial acumen have created a long-standing track record of cost savings for clients.
Ben has considerable experience in Arbitration and Independent Expert determinations and is well versed with the court procedures in relation to lease renewals. Ben has been awarded the Expert Witness Certificate from Cardiff University and sits as a RICS Presidents Panel Arbitrator.
