Ashley heads up the Lease Advisory team in the South East & Greater London Offices Department, joining ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ in 2000. He is a Fellow of the RICS and a leading specialist in rent reviews, lease renewals and restructuring in the M25 and Thames Valley office markets with 23 years’ experience in this sector. He has an extensive track record of representing clients as an Expert Witness in Court Proceedings, Arbitration and Expert Determinations. In 2019, he was invited to join the President of the RICS’ panel of Arbitrators. He advises Taylor Wimpey on their occupational office portfolio and oversees the ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ team providing various services for this client across Great Britain. Since 2002, he has advised IWG (Regus) on a portfolio of office rent reviews, overseeing the ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ team providing lease advisory services for this client across Great Britain. From 2016, he has provided the same for Landmark Space, another leading serviced office group. Together with assessing APC candidates for the RICS, Ashley has enjoyed contributing as part of the APC leadership group to help ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ Graduates achieve their APCs. He also presents lectures on Lease Advisory topics.
