Andrew is a Partner within the Retail Lease Advisory Team. Andrew advises clients on everything from high street shops, restaurants, food stores and retail warehousing to more niche areas such as art galleries. Andrew's main area of expertise is providing rent review, lease renewal and re-gear advice to Landlords and Tenants of retail premises with a particular focus on London and the South East. His other area of specialism is providing advice on convenience stores, acting extensively for Sainsbury’s, as well as for a range of landlords. Andrew has frequently represented clients on Third Party referrals to Arbitrator / Independent Expert as well as preparing Expert Witness Reports to Court in relation to 1954 Act renewals. He is also a member of both the RICS panel of Arbitrators and Independent Experts frequently receiving appointments.
