Neal is an experienced member of the Real Estate Finance team within the Valuation & Advisory department, specialising in loan security valuations for a wide spectrum of UK and international lenders. He regularly advises on secured lending against UK commercial real estate and has extensive experience supporting lending, acquisition and refinancing transactions.
Neal's core expertise lies in the valuation of complex, multi鈥憈enanted assets, including business parks, retail parks and shopping centres nationwide. Neal has advised across all major commercial property sectors, including offices, shopping centres, retail warehouses, high street retail, Life Science, industrial and logistics assets, leisure schemes and development land.
Neal has acted for a number of leading banking and institutional clients, including Lloyds Bank, Wells Fargo, Deutsche Pfandbriefbank, Aviva and Aareal Bank.
