Henry joined ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½â€™s Commercial Valuation department in September 2015 and qualified in March 2016. He is responsible for portfolio valuations covering all property sectors with a particular focus on the industrial sector. Prior to joining the valuation department Henry worked in the ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ Student Property Department and in the ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ Restructuring and Recovery Department. To broaden his experience he also went on a 6 month secondment to Land Securities working in their London Development Department.

Henry’s regular valuation work is undertaken for Legal & General, CBRE Global Investors, Standard Life, BMO Global Asset Management, Allianz and F&C.
